RECIPE / DOSAGE

1 bag 300 g CHEESE CAKE
450 g milk
250 g Ricotta cheese or spreadable cheese

Mix all the ingredients in the mixer for about 4 minutes.
Prepare a pastry base of about 5 mm with PLUMMIX to be placed inside the mold.
