1000 g Water

Mix the ingredients.
Beat with whisk or planetary until creamy and smooth.
The amount of water can be increased or decreased depending on the desired consistency.
If used as a thickener, mix 30/40 g of BESCIAMÌ every 1000 g of product to be thickened.
