Gels and glazes for hot or cold finishing, designed to provide lasting shine, uniform color, and surface protection. Ideal for cold cakes, semifreddos, fruit, and baked goods, ensuring even application and impeccable results.
CHARACTERISTICS
Double purpose: it can be used hot and spray.
High yield: when used with hot process it can be dilutet up to 1 part of water and 1 part of MULTIGEL.
