Mix the product until it is fluid. To fluidify further, heat into the microwave or at bain-marie up to max 32/34° C. Pour the glaze over the frozen cake and remove the excess glaze with a spatula. To stabilize the glaze, cool for 10 minutes at -18 °C. |
