TECHNICAL AREA

How to use it Expiration
Heat the required amount in microwave or bain marie up to 35-40 °C, avoiding formation of air bubbles.
Put the cake, very cold on a grid.
Glaze the surface, from the center to the edge.
Quickly remove the exceeding  glaze.
Put the cake in the blast for a few minutes or in the refrigerator.
Keep the cake to the desired suitable temperature (-18 °C / +4 °C).
