1.000 g LEVIMIX
   280 g Water
   150 g Eggs
     60 g Yeast 
   400 g Margarina croissant
-
Mix the first four ingredients to obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Point the dough for approx. 15'.
add margarine to the dough and mix, fold it and leave it resting for few minutes in between .
Shape the croissants.
Let rise and bake.
