1000 g PLUMMIX
  500 g whole eggs
  500 g MELANGE CREAM
VARIANTS
  400 g raisins
  400 g chocolate drops
    60 g cocoa in powder

Mix the ingredients in the mixer equipped with leaf.
for 6 minutes at medium speed.
Add any ingredients of the variant.
Pour the dough into the mould previously buttered and floured or spray with a food release spray or sprayed with oil .
Bake at 190 °C for 50/60 min..
