000 g VANTAGE    280 g Water    150 g Eggs 50/60 g Yeast    460 g Margarine/Melange/Butter Mix VANTAGE with remaining ingredients and the firsts 60 g of fat until dough is smooth and dry. Point the dough for approx. 15'. To laminate with the remaining 400 g of fat and to proceed as usual. 365 Days
