1000 g BIGNEFRITTO 2000 g Water 60 °C - Mix the ingredients in a planetary mixer with a spatula for 2 min. average speed and 6/8 min. high speed. Strain with sac-a-poche with nozzle smooth or ribbed in the desired shape and size of silicon paper. Frying at 160 °C for 4/5 minutes. Filling, frosting and decorate as usual. |
