100 g CREMASÌ A CALDO 250-350 g Sugar 1000 g Milk - Mix CREMASÌ hot process with sugar and part of the milk, stirring to avoid the formation of lumps. Add the remaining part of milk and bring to boil, continuing mixing. CREMASÌ hot process is suitable for use in the cream cooker. The obtained custard with CREMASÌ hot process is baking stable. Cream does not contains egg, for a tastier cream add eggyolk. |
